Not only did I study in multi-cultural teams, but my classmates also had diverse professional backgrounds and functions within their companies. This diversity helped me to better understand my own business partners and clients. The in-residencies and their time structure especially helped me to benefit from the program. I prefer the intense two-week model to weekend programs or distance learning courses, because I had very productive weeks at the campuses, but did not need to take a day or two off from my job every week. Having a demanding job and family, the IMM really was the best choice for me.
